Mom look what I can do......YIKES!!

Today we decided to lower James' crib since he has been pulling himself up at night on it. The funny thing is that after Don lower it he looked at James and said now you wont be able to climb up your crib as easily well we were wrong as you take a look at the photos below :) The sad thing is that the mobile will have to come down next which stinks cause he LOVES that thing!!

New Toy!!!

Grandma & Grandpa Sharr got James a new toy and he LOVES it!!! James' new love for pulling himself up on things is why they got it. He has been pulling himself up on his rig but that has wheels so he always face plants it pretty quickly. This toy is more stable and mom & dad are enjoying some new music and sounds to listen too :)

Look at me!!!!

This past weekend James learned that he can pull himself up on things. He started with his walker but learned very quickly that things that have wheels dont stay put very well....after a couple face plants he is doing better. Last night he pulled himself up on the couch and I finally caught it on camera so enjoy :)

PJ's at Daycare

Last week was spring break for most of the metro area, so at James' daycare they did theme days. Tuesday was inside/out day, Wednesday was wear something green, Thursday was PJ day. We only got one picture of him in his PJ for PJ day, since mornings are crazy busy around here. Enjoy the photos below :)

Nice Warm Walk Outside...Finally!!!

Don came home from work early today so the 3 of us decided to enjoy the warm weather outside and go for a walk. I was a bit nervous since James has not spent alot of time in his stroller, but he did GREAT! The kids were getting out of school across from our place so he loved to watch them all run around and watch the school buses go by. I look forward to many more walks this spring/summer with buba!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

I know that this is alittle past St Patty's day but I just haven't had the time to post anything all week. They had a party for St Patrick's Day at daycare and James came home with this super cute hat!!

Daddys Little Helper!

Yesterday I had a friends bridal shower to go to in Grimes, so Don & James had the whole afternoon/evening to hang out. Don sent me this photo while at the shower on my phone and I thought that it was super cute and wanted to share it with you guys. Don said James just laughed and laughed when he was in the clothes basket :)

7 inches gone!!

Well after 2 nights of laying awake, I made the choice to cut my hair off. It just takes ALOT of time to get ready in the morning with long hair and plus extra money since I go through my products so much faster than with shorter hair, plus James gets ahold of it all the time and it HURTS!! I didnt relize how long my hair acually was till Sarah cut it on Monday....but I love it!!

Too Big!!

James is now in a big boy car seat. At his 6 month check up he measured too long for his infant car seat, so we are now onto the next one. James really didnt like it at first but every car ride is getting better! He is discovering that he can play better with his toys and see alot more in the car seat too!

I love tractors!!

Thanks to Ashley a coworker of mine and her husband Derek James is in love with his tractor that they got him when he was born. He knows to place the farmer and the animals all in the right spots and pulls n pushes the tractor back in forth as it sings the farmer and the dell. He is so cute n fun to watch him play with his toys :)

Almost!!

James has been working really hard on trying to sit up by himself. He is getting better & better everyday!
